It seems to be kind of a “million dollar question”. Are such moments the result of training and if so what is that training. In the case of our taijiquan it seems to be everything we do leads to this result but at the core of that answer lies the question of whether you are able to be truly both physically and mentally “song”.

Really like that, definitely feels like play when @liamcgrange and I used to take push hands into striking hands and beyond.. it maintained a level of play and fun, and a constant desire to help each other get better

Well done performing at a competition is so different to your own practice. Baguazhang forms are not an easy demo so easy to lose orientation. You did a great job 🙌

Isn’t that just the question though, How do I put myself back in the place where those experiences can happen.
It definitely feels to me that these experiences happen when we are open to them, when we let the natural happen rather than trying to do something
